Working alongside her is Andre Del Toro, President and Co‑Owner of American Financial Real Estate and the long‑standing force behind Handy Andy Home Improvement Service, founded in 1999. With 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Andre is a master craftsman skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, welding, blueprint reading, rigging, safety coordination, and project management. His leadership blends technical mastery, strong business acumen, bilingual communication, and a commitment to training the next generation of construction professionals.
